Представительство Adobe Systems находится в неторопливых поисках евангелиста - специалиста, который будет взаимодейтствовать с сообществом разработчиков, выступать перед учебными заведениями и перед ключевыми клиентами на тему RIA, Flex, LC DataServices.

Profile:

Must have:
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills; frequent speaker at events with the ability to explaining complex topics in simple language and persuading people to take action
- Deep experience in the following technical areas: AJAX ( development and frameworks), PHP, HTML, JS, XML and Rich Internet Applications.
Good to have: Java/JSP, ASP.NET and other Web development software
- Very Fluent in English ( oral and written ). Russian desirable.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about exploring and experimenting with the latest developer technologies and standards
- Some experience building thriving developer communities and know what it takes to harness a community
- Bias for travel, domestically and internationally ( aprox 60-70% )
- People skills with open/friendly personality.

Good to have:

- Computer Science degree preferred
- Knowledge of Adobe products desirable

Job Description:

- Evangelize Adobe Platform development products to new targets and new markets to establish a beachhead for future growth and revenue
- Obsessively track and contribute to the developer technology blogosphere and other online forums, mailing lists, and newsgroups
- Be a respected author of technical articles, white papers, and books
- Provide live support in Adobe’s strategic events and marketing activities in the areas of product demonstrations and speaking engagements
- Provide content and subject expertise in demo assets, video materials and web content; publish thought-leading commentary and opinion online
- Help establish and nurture key partners and user groups in the ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to influence/promote Adobe products to the enterprise development community; partner with product marketing on planning and implementation

Как узнать параметры компиляции во Flex Builder

Всё просто:
Открываем файл ".actionScriptProperties" в папке вашего проекта и смотрим:
строчка ноды "‹compiler›" как раз содержит все параметры помпилятора

Создаём в папке проекта файл "flex-config.xml".
За основу берём его же из sdk (flexSDK\frameworks\flex-config.xml).
Убиваем/изменяем что лично вам необходимо.
Не забываем указать используемые библиотеки, но лучше это сделать не конкретно указав каждую, а указать только папки с ними, а компилятор уж сам пусть разбирается, какие юзать:

‹path-element›libs‹/path-element>
‹path-element›../../frameworks/libs‹/path-element›
‹path-element›../../frameworks/libs/player‹/path-element›
‹path-element›../../frameworks/locale/{locale}‹/path-element›
‹/library-path›

Далее открываем cmd и пишем:
‹url_to_mxmlc.exe› ‹url_to_Main.as› -load-config ‹url_to_flex-config.xml›
